Dear Ubbo-Emmians,
An Extraordinary General Members Assembly (EGMA) will be held in order to vote on Board Van den Bosch' proposed policy plan and budget for the upcoming year.
The TIM will be made available for viewing on the 26th of September, two days before the EGMA. You will be able to view the TIM under Documents General Members Assemblies (TIMs). You can find this on the website: Association > Association Documents > Documents General Members Assemblies (TIMs).
The EGMA will take place on Monday, September 28, at café Wolthoorn. Walk-in starts at 19:00. Members are welcome to ask questions regarding the proposed policy plan or the budget. There will be an attendance sheet where you can indicate which free drink you would like to receive (beer, wine or soda). We hope to see you all!
