Dear Ubbo Emmians,

All good things come to an end, and so it is time for the Board van der Meulen to hand over the reins. At the Transfer General Members' Assembly, Board van der Meulen will say their goodbyes, after which the Candidate Board Westerhof will begin their tenure.

The outgoing board and the committees of 2024–25 will present their annual reports, as well as the financial reports. The Candidate Board will present their policy plan and budget for the upcoming year. These reports will be made available on 8 September, one week before the TGMA. You will be able to view these reports on the website under 'Association' > 'Association Documents' > 'Documents General Members Assemblies'.

Join us on 15 September in Café Wolthoorn for the TGMA; sign up via the website. Doors open for the GMA at 19:00. There will be an attendance list where you can indicate which free drink you would like (beer, wine or soda).
