Welcome dear Ubbo Emmians – new and “old”,

Do you remember being in the lecture hall for the first time, in the first year of your study? It might’ve been years ago, or maybe you’re just starting! Anyhoo – during this lecture, we will give the word to students who have seen the end… In other words, students who have finished their thesis and are dying to give you a TED Talk™ about them!

On Wednesday the 24th of September, three of our beloved Ubbo Emmians will RETURN to give you the gift of knowledge. The VOC and East Indies, Croatian fascism, combating unemployment in North-Drenthe…⚔ We’ve got it all this night!  And it doesn't end there, because all attendees get one free drink! 🍷🍺
