Dear fans of Ubbo (and ‘Trek een BakCie’), 

IT IS TIME TO ESCAPE GRONINGEN!!

Do you think you can outrun the Ubbo Police Department?? (That’s us;))

On the weekend of 23–24 May, the Activity Committee challenges you to leave (or escape) Groningen and hitchhike as fast as possible to a safe and sound mystery destination! Pair up, pack light, and prepare for a day of Hitchhiking towards safety. Besides hitchhiking you can enjoy a citywalk, have some drinks and visit local hotspots! Once we’re done with our second day we will be heading back to Groningen. Please note that the return journey is at your own expense, and we’ll provide more details about the different travel options soon.

To ensure safety, each team must include at least one male, meaning teams should consist of either male/male or male/female. Every participant needs to register individually via our website: www.ubbo-emmius.nl. After signing up, please email your teammate’s name to accieubbo@gmail.com before the signups close. If you don’t have a partner, don’t worry—we’ll do our best to match you with someone!

Sign ups close on the 22nd of april, so you can cancel free of charge until 23:59 that day. You will receive an information mail the day after. All the important things you need to know will be included in this mail! 

Date: Saturday 23 – Sunday 24 May

Location: Parking lot Sushimall. Note that we will return the 24th at Groningen trainstation. 

Cost: 25 euros (excluding return trip)
