Dear Ubbo-Emmians,

An Extraordinary General Members Assembly (EGMA) will be held in connection with the CUOS-recalibration. During this meeting, the Assembly will vote on form J, which includes the secretarial reports for the academic years 2022–2023, 2023–2024, and 2024–2025. You can find the reports on the website under Association > Association Documents > Documents General Members Assemblies (TIM's)

These reports are required for the CUOS-recalibration, a process that determines the allocation of the Board grant for the upcoming three years. The forms have to be approved by the GMA. Please note that the reports will be partly in Dutch, the meeting will be conducted in English.

The EGMA will take place on Thursday, November 6, at Turftorenstraat 21 (T10). Walk-in starts at 13:15. Members are welcome to ask questions regarding the reports or the CUOS process. There will be an attendance sheet where you can indicate if you would like a free cup of coffee or tea. At this event you can earn double committee points!
